Seems like a random mishmash of atheist arguments that are mostly unrelated to fine-tuning. It's a really bad paper.

Will you be posting about Draper's Plantinga lecture? It was quite good.

Fine tuning argument is not at all necessary for proving the existence of God, because light with its very peculiar properties can serve this purpose as well. Here is a link:
