I find that article underwhelming. No reference to statistics,but we know from following the stats 78% of evangelicals support Trump.It's dropped from 80% so a 2 percent drop since he took office, Big deal. All this article said was that a meeting took place at DTS and it's not even certain what it was about.
On the other hand, there is the fact that this is all about white evangelicals. We usually lump Blacks into their own category,or count the with liberals. If we include them as evangelicals then the percentage does down by a lot more, closer to 50% support.
