I like the quotation from Hugh of Saint Victor, calling Faith "superior to opinion and inferior to knowledge". Well put.(The "Hugo" in the link is evidently a typo.)
On a related subject, just came across THIS LINK, giving 20 reasons to believe in God. There are a few arguments I personally like which aren't here, but it's still a pretty good list.
