Yes! I am of the opinion that nearly all of the NT was written prior to A.D. 70, although I'm open to some books having been edited post that date. (And Revelation is a special case, and must be considered separately.)
By the way, there is an excellent book, Why Four Gospels? (2010) by David Allen Black, that argues rather convincingly that the order in which the Synoptic Gospels were written was Matthew, Luke, then Mark. I was skeptical when I started reading the book, but he makes a compelling case.
