How to eliminate hypocrisy

You can get rid of all hypocrisy rather easily. All you have to do is lower your standards so much that  you can't fail to practice what you preach.

Thus, the Democratic Party.

At the same time, "failing to practice what you preach" is not really what 'hypocrisy' means.

I don't see how a Republican can say that about the Democrats after nominating Trump. Before that, it might have made sense.

I'm a conservative, which is quite a different thing from a Republican.

You can bang that Trump drum (*) from now until you stand in judgment before Christ ... and I'm quite sure he won't be asking you about Trump, but rather about your implicit (and some explicit) support of:
1) abortion;
2) euthanasia;
2a) involuntary "euthanasia";
3) treason;
4) anti-reason;
5) criminality;
6) racism;
7) covetous envy;
to name just a few.

(*) You know, the same as the earlier Bush drum and the Reagan drum you all were banging on, just a different color.

Not too sure about treason, but I could be persuaded depending on how it's defined. I'd like to add ...

8) materialism
9) selfishness
10) indifference
11) pride

Moreover -- as you surely ought to know -- it wasn't "the Republicans" who nominated Trump. "The Republicans" opposed him all the way ... but, unlike the Partisans of the Ass, they followed their own party rules.
