I still say "well regulated militia" means just that.The second amendment does not give each individual the right to own a gun. The conservatives are so definite about clear and obvious word meanings when it helps them.
Saying the first clause of the Second Amendment is explanatory context for interpreting the second clause does not mean a person is intellectually dishonest, and the only hateful comment in here has come from you.

ReplyDelete"The right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". That seems very clear, unless you're an intellectually dishonest gun hater.
