On the other hand, if he was just a good man (the notion that the Trilemma is supposed to rebut), the history of men generally. Who ever has a philosophical/religious movement that does not undergo changes in their thinking over time? How many modern-day religious leaders have we seen become more enamored of their roles over time?

Trilima has it's uses but too many people try to use it as a stand alone argent to prove Christianity.
Fine tuning id the same in that respect, meant to be a tie breaker not one of the five proofs.
The Trilemma relies on simplistic characterizations and the notion that Jesus' opinion of his position never changed over the course of his ministry.
"the notion that Jesus' opinion of his position never changed over the course of his ministry"
Can you provide evidence that such a change of opinion ever occurred?
If he were actually God? No.
